I enjoyed you book up until the epilogue. Wish it had a happier ending to where Matilda could become a vampire again. I cried at the end it was so sad that the queen wouldn't let Ridley turn Matilda. The only reason Matilda even killed people when she was a vampire was because of that stupid other vampire his venom made her loose control if I had written something like this then I would have made that ending happy because a beloved's blood wouldn't cause her to lose control. I am hoping for a second book to where there can be a more happy ending if you were to make a book to this series then it would be cool if you could start from the epilogue of the first book and then maybe have Matilda and Ridley go back to the queen and she could have second thoughts and let Matilda once again become a vampire.
