Hi -
I'm so embarrassed to be writing this right now. I started "Warrior - Alec Lightwood" four years ago and I haven't updated it in three years. To those that messaged me asking for an update, I'm sorry. For now, I'm going to discontinue the book and unpublish it in the next couple of days.
I've read through it and cringed at my writing from elementary school. I've been in high school since the last update, and it's fair to say I have not touched this book, or any book, or any piece of writing, for three years.
I hope this message reaches someone who needs to hear it. It is very easy to lose sight of yourself when surrounded by so many negative things. It is easy for hobbies to disappear and interests to get lost. My biggest regret to this day is letting myself fall into a hole of sh!t and completely abandoning my passion for literature.
On a happier note, I've been reading a lot lately, and I finally feel motivated to start writing again. I'm working on two new fanfics (which I hope I will find the courage to publish soon and update continuously) and I'm excited to share them. Thank you to my readers, those who voted, those who commented, and my followers. Never in a million years would I have thought I would be able to write something that attracted 33.5k readers. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for all of you.
