Meet You There is such an amazing story. Practically all 5SOS stories out here are social media stories with a lack of an actually story in there but you made an artpiece. It's not just a 'fanfiction', it's a sadly realistic story. I don't know if this storyline is something you personally have dealt with but it's so sad this is actually all happening.
