Rae currently resides in Arizona with her son and her two dogs Roxanne and Juliette. She works at an Elementary school with third graders. Generally speaking, her creative turn of phrase is lost on her students at school, her co-workers and her son who tries ever so earnestly to understand exactly what it is mommy is talking about. As a result, her six year old son knows a lot of big words and Rae does her best to save the best phrases for her writing.
