A.H. and R.H.

Hi there loves! We're Annie Hasting and Reed Haugen, authors of the Pine Hill Trilogy. Just so we're not complete strangers, we've answered five questions. 

1. Where are you from? Age? 
A: I'm from small town Iowa, I grew up surrounded by cornfields and cow pastures, and I loved it. I am 23. 
R: I'm from Cedar Rapids. It's a larger city in Iowa... and I'm 24.

2. Favorite season? 
A: Winter. No question. I love snow and the way that the wind burns your face. I love dressing in layers and wearing cute hats, and I love how quiet and serene everything is at night. 
R: Definitely fall. I'm a pretty basic b*tch. I love myself some warm-colored fallen leaves, sweaters, apple picking, and hot lattes. 

3. Favorite genre to read and write? 
A: I have always been a huge fantasy fan. Both reading and writing. I love being able to just sort of escape into the mysticism of it. More recently I've also really liked horror. When they're mixed I'm obsessed. 
R: This is something I'd say ahs changed over the years. I've always loved a good romance, but I love a heat twist of a mystery and fantasy too. For writing, I've definitely stuck to fantasy and sci-fi. 

4. Favorite past time?
A: I'm so lazy. I love taking naps and drinking hot drinks and watching New Girl. Like, if I had my way, I would never leave my couch. 
R: I won't even hide it. I absolutely love to cuddle and watch a movie or YouTube. I'm also a fan of thrifting, the thrill and excitement of searching the racks never fades. 

5. Random fact about yourself?
A: Haha oh no, I hate these questions. Uhm, I'm not a very exciting person. But, I guess that I'm still finishing college. I have another year and a half of undergrad, and then a full 12 months of grad school. 
R: Ha I don't know how to answer this one to be honest... I guess I'd say that I can pop my shoulder out. Not that weird, right? It freaks out friends and family though, so that's a plus.
