Richard Wolper is a successful entrepreneur and company owner who has established himself in various industries. He has worked in landscaping, restaurants, and horizontal and vertical building. He has a reputation for delivering high-quality projects for multinational corporations such as Home Depot, Burton Lumber, and Walmart as the CEO and co-founder of Mark 25 Companies. Richard owns Black Rock Concrete LLC and Black Rock Trees LLC and his position at Mark 25 Companies. Black Rock Trees LLC is a sprawling tree plantation in the Idaho panhandle specialising in mature trees over 20 feet tall. This has grown into a major part of his business, and Richard has been able to meet his customers' needs by providing them with high-quality trees. Richard was born in Warwick, Rhode Island, on June 15, 1966. As a teenager, he relocated to Utah, where he discovered his passion for construction. After graduating from Alta High School, he started working toward his contractor's licenses, which now include General Engineering E100, Landscape and Recreation S330, and General Building B100. This has allowed him to work on various projects and acquire experience in various construction areas. Richard took on several big and profitable projects early in his career, including the $22 million Rocky Mountain Raceway, the $8 million Fox Point project in Draper, Utah, and a $3 million project in Riverton City, Utah.
