            i  did  attend  it,     yes.     but  no,     thats  not  necessarily  my  reason  for  coming  back.

now  with  what  seems  like  a  ruined  career,     and  something  she  simply  cannot  come  back  from,     petra  returns  to  her  hometown  of  haling  cove  in  an  attempt  to  find  herself  again,     on  and  off  the  ice.

finally  comes  the  olympics,     and  everyone  is  watching  with  anticipation  to  say  they  watched  petra  blue’s  first  olympic  win.     but  come  time,     halfway  through  her  intricate  and  beautiful  routine  with  her  partner,     petra  panicked.     most  called  it  a  freak  out,     a  breakdown.     very  few  recognized  the  fact  that  it  was  a  terrible  panic  attack  come  on  at  horrific  timing.

her  career  seemed  to  kick  off  towards  the  end  of  the  year,     and  petra  blue  became  a  name  well  known  in  the  figure  skating  community.     she  competed  mostly  with  a  partner,     there  was  just  something  that  she  gave  with  a  partner  on  the  ice  that  she  couldn’t  give  alone.     she  was  winning  competitions  left  and  right,     no  one  seemed  to  stand  a  chance  against  her.
