          - Niamh was the first doppelganger to occur five hundred years after Amara. Unlike Amara, who was cursed with immortality, her own immortality and 'vampiric' nature comes from the fact she's a faerie.
          - She encountered the Mikaelsons in the tenth century, which caused a great deal of chaos as Tatia was also alive at the time. However, as a fae, she was able to cast a glamour over herself, preventing most of the village from seeing what she truly looked like, though it was too late in regards to the Mikaelson family.
          - Unlike her descendants and her predecessor, Niamh was one of the few doppelgangers that never fell for her counterpart. Instead, during her time with the Mikaelsons as humans, she developed a soft spot for Finn. She never stayed long though, and she wasn't selfish enough to steal him away to Faerieland, though the idea had been tempting, so nothing ever came from it.
          - She has little regard for most of her doppelgangers. The lack of fae blood in their veins makes them impossibly boring to her. In her opinion, they all seemed pretty much the same. She did have the pleasure of meeting Amara after the other had been freed from the stone and Niamh found her highly entertaining.
          - There were times throughout the centuries she joined up with Kol Mikaelson, his level of chaos suiting her own at times.
