i'm too scared to go out for a walk, i've always loved going for walks but like, i'm afraid of being seen or made fun of. i'm also afraid of my safety. my mom told me to stop overreacting but i can't. can someone please give me advice asap, thank you!

i remember when i was 11 and thinking i wasn't going to make it to 12. i remember having a friend i trusted in sixth grade, i told her all of my secrets, only ending up having it get spread around my school and having very high trust issues now. i remember the time when i was 11 i was accused of s@. still crazy to think two years have flown by fast, and i'm glad i choosed to live life instead of ending it. even though sometimes i think of ending, i'm still so proud of myself rn <3 (almost two weeks clean!!)
