Do you publish on Neobook ?

So this past Thursday I found out I have thyroid cancer and I don't know how to deal with it. I am a 27 year old woman with a 6 year old niece that I'm raising with taking care of my disabled mother and working a job. I don't know what to do. Can someone just at least talk to me like a pep talk or something I'm on the verge of a break down I think.

Does anyone know how to fix your Wattpad if you lose all your books
