The story of Satta Matka Life began in the early 1950s when the craze of placing bets on the rise and fall of cotton prices which was transferred from New York Cotton Exchange to Bombay Cotton exchange, was on peak. By the year 1961, New York Cotton Exchange put a stop to the Satta Life, but gamblers found different ways to carry what was left by Satta and Matka.
