A senior citizen, married to a fantastic lady, two brilliant kids, I'm now retired and using what 'little grey cells' I have left to entertain and maybe amuse.Since I had to make the decision to 'retire' in early 2016 because of health problems, failing eyesight being the main problem, living in the world of the 'newly retired', I realised that at the age of 79 years, sitting around doing nothing would be a waste of whatever years that I still have ahead of me and I have realised that as a senior citizen with limited abilities there are very few opportunities to carry on with a productive life and after some serious thinking I have come to realise that my biggest asset these days is my imagination and it is time for me to put it to use.

Deciding it was time for those 'little grey cells' to start working properly I started to explore the world of writing, so here I am writing my first book and learning as I go and not being the sporty type of person, I have not been able to fill my days with tennis, golf and other such activities, I have however, turned to the one 'activity' that I could pursue from my home (a caravan in a field) on the outskirts of a fairly large town, as I have said before I decided to use my 'little grey cells' to start to write books which I can publish on line
