Shadow

I am currently in College but I've loved reading since I was in first grade. The first book to catch my attention was called Warriors, by Erin Hunter. Since then, whenever I picked up a book I liked, I could never put it down. I realized how much I love the stories created, and how I wished I could engulf myself into their worlds. I wished to be a cat with no worries except defending her clan, a dragon rider trying to save the world, a witch simply fighting to survive. Any of these fantasies sounded fantastic in comparison to my boring lifestyle. So, I decided to begin creating my own. I am in the process of writing my own book, and I've revised it more times than I can count. Hopefully I can put it up here soon and gain the opinions of you guys. But for now, here is a short story for a preview of my writing style. Enjoy!
