you have to remember, may, a lot of things that happen shock me. i’m still learning new things every day. [ kara chuckled softly before getting her phone out of her pocket. ] but yes, her and i are pretty much best friends. and that’s why i’m hoping she’ll pick up when i call.

[ may hadn’t meant to be so cold with the woman, but there was little she could control when daisy was pretty much missing. ]  that’s what all of us are hoping, but it’s been days and as far as everyone knows, she’s not on some secret mission.

alright, alright, i’ll try calling her. sorry, i’m still a little shocked she put me down as an emergency contact. …this is very odd of her, but i’m sure she has a reason for all this.
