“Well are you just going to stand there or do something?” The woman snapped harsher than she intended to, gripping the gaping wound on her arm to apply pressure.
@seviziari //no worries!! amity flinched, although she looked more deeply concerned than offended by the other's tone. she tied a tourniquet above the wound before starting to carefully clean it. a numbing cream was applied soon after as she prepared for stitches.
//amity collects taxidermy. you walk into her room and there's at least 10 pairs of eyes on you. this is unexpected, because the rest of her home is undecorated.
“There were too many people outside.” She frowned.” I want to lay in the dark and quiet for a minute. Lay with me?”
@sunnyruler amity's eyes popped open, her head lifting off the pillow with a start. she looked side to side, remembered where they were, and seemed to relax a bit. she almost never napped, so waking up from one was odd. "what....what time is it?" she whispered.
@silentnursing Aurinko didn’t move the whole time. She slept peacefully and held Amity close. After several hours, she began to stir.
@sunnyruler amity stayed completely still, too worn out to stir for hours. at some point, she shifted to grip the bottom of aurinko's shirt, as if to make sure she was still there.
“Ugh! Why does cooking have to be so hard! Why do there have to be so many words!” The redhead huffed, throwing down her potholder onto the counter.” I give up.”
@sunnyruler "I don't know, panic? walk everywhere?" she teased, before shutting the door. she made a quick trip of the store, keeping her head down. she was back to her mute, reserved self outside the house. in about half an hour, she returned with a couple of bags, setting them on the counter.
@silentnursing “Okay… I’ll try to make the side dishes while you’re gone.” She nodded.” Thank you, Amity. I don’t know what I would do without you.”
@sunnyruler "it's going to be okay. I will have a good day if I'm with you" she looked over the paper one last time before grabbing her coat and shoes. "I'll be right back, okay?"

“We gotta get up. We have to get dressed so we can go to breakfast.”
@sunnyruler "thank you" she undressed, stepping into the dress. "I have this" she handed her a black hair tie off her wrist.
@silentnursing Aurinko smiled.” That’s a pretty dress.” She set the brush aside and got up.” I’ll help you get it on and then I can do your hair for you.”
@sunnyruler she set the dress on the bed, running through her own hair with her fingers. it was dark blue and red satin, definitely meant for a party or some sort of formal occasion.
“How many blankets do you want on your side of the bed?”
@sunnyruler she listened, eyes closing and opening a few more times. within minutes, she was fast asleep, clutching the bunny to her chest.
@silentnursing She nodded, settling in. She started singing a soft lullaby, one that her mother sang to her sometimes.
@sunnyruler she nodded, linking their pinkies. "like a song? yeah" she mumbled, blinking a few times to try to stay awake.
Yumi was walking about the New York streets. She was in her own thoughts. She did keep an eye out for anything. She hummed to herself.
Yumi wasn't fazed for so shocked. Usually, she didn't notice this type of stuff that happened in the streets or in the alleys.
@UniversalLife_ amity landed a few more kicks, and the guy took off running. she looked around, eyes landing on yumi, almost frozen. she didn't think anyone was watching.
@silentnursing Yumi turned hearing something. She had wide eyes. She looked over at the scene.
