Satisfaction With God’s Word
          	2 Timothy 4:1-4

Spiritually, we’ve all had dry seasons, so you probably understand the desire for renewed vitality in your relationship with Christ. Perhaps you tried the latest devotional book people rave about, sought an emotional experience through worship music, tried to gain momentum by attending a conference, or looked online for a message that assured growth.

Although these methods all seem promising, they’re not infallible. On their own, some might afford short-lived solutions, but others could actually be ear ticklers that lead away from genuine intimacy with Christ. To be strengthened spiritually, it’s essential to start with the Bible—the only source of absolute truth. While other Christian resources can be helpful, they become far more valuable when used as building blocks on the trustworthy foundation of God’s Word. All other avenues have potential for human slant. Even seeking the Lord in prayer is not foolproof without the Word, which provides the basis for our requests and fellowship with Him.

Some believers see the Bible as a big book that takes too much time and effort to understand, so they look elsewhere for answers. They want a shortcut to sanctification and intimacy with the Lord, but there really isn’t one. God’s Word is His love letter to you. As you spend time with this gift and lean on the Holy Spirit for guidance, your appreciation of it will grow.

Daily Verse: "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." - James 1:5 KJV

Daily Devo: “New Normal'', everything was converted into online activities. From classes, bible studies, Sunday services, and businesses. Aside from that, many people died due to this pandemic. Heartbreaking isn't it? This is way too far from what you expect it to be, we’re all surprised!

For you to have a stronger faith you will encounter many troubles, there are many circumstances that will make you feel tired and drained and giving up is the only option you have. Do you sometimes feel like you really don’t know what to do? Say? Or think? In James 1:5 it says "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." All you have to do is to ask God for wisdom to guide you what is the right thing to do.

You don’t know everything, and human minds are limited. But you have an all-knowing God. Ask God for wisdom, it’s one way of showing Him that you trust Him so much to give you wisdom so you can make better choices. The wisdom that comes from the Lord will never bring you to places that are opposed to his will.

New normal doesn’t apply to God as well as social distancing! Your quality time with God must continue. Even if you don’t know what to do – especially if you don’t know what to do.

This mountain is quite high for me to climb right now, and I admit this isn't easy for me.

I know you can move mountains and part the sea and make a way for me, Lord.

But, I am not asking you to do that right now. What I want is a stronger me to surpass all these Lord.

you are amazing and powerful, I don't question that.

but I'm weak, Lord. Please help.

You should listen more to God than people and continue to ask God to free you from all the lies you believe since day one and let God fill you, mold you and use you for His kingdom.

You are a sinner and unclean but know that You have a special place in God's heart and an essential role in His plan. ♥️

          Amen?

No matter how bad your past is.
No matter how broken your heart is.
No matter how many times you worry about things
No matter how many failed promises you didn’t fulfill
No matter who are you for them
No matter how impossible you think it could be
No matter how big that mountain you are going to climb
No matter how hopeless you are right this moment
No matter how stress you are
No matter how tired you are
No matter how broken you are

          He is still good.

He is good even if you’re in pain
He is good even if you’re tired
He is good even if you don’t trust Him fully
He is still good and He loves you so much.

You will never understand why and you don’t have to fully understand all those things too. Beloved, all you need to do is surrender. God wants you to surrender and trust Him FULLY. That’s all you need to do. That even in your darkest times you could say “I don’t know what you’re up to Lord, but I’m going to fully trust you with this”

God is up to something big and you need to be prepared for it.
Don’t stop now, greater things always take time.

          Keep fighting Beloved.
