Basically all Organization on SCP universe except I mentioned, he have beef with them...since he was chased and throw some weapon that always deflect or dirty his borrowed clothes from a kind beggar

All of Organization.... except a Orphanage care taker since he have a soft side on the children, Some SCP's he deem as friendly (ex: O53,336,105) and two O5 council member(O5-1 & O5-2) since The two allowed the request of SCP-000 to hide him from every people even the data files of him in databooks in Every SCP is hidden before he was contained by SCP foundation in the Philippines 2.999th island....
