Life is wild and unpredictable
Almost like a river, if you will
Taking us in any direction that suits it
Even if that means changing our course
Be it for better
Be it for worse
We go along with the flow
Why?
We have no choice
We can't fight what we can't control
We may hate the river
For where it takes us
And what it does to us
But in the end
We all finish in the same place
A place of tranquil and calm
A place where we can be reunited
