I have 6 chapters of my new book written. Should I start publishing it?

I want to apologize for not updating my story lately. I have started a new school this year, and we are doing college level work.I have been very stressed with my family life and schoolwork, but my teacher has been encouraging me to update Fame & Forgotten. I plan to be more active, and I know I have said I would be active awhile back and I never was but I promise I have a lot of ideas for stories. You all probably do not care about this though. I want to publish more books, but I do not have a way of making covers for them. Please message me if you are interested in helping out. :)
