I prefer to support smaller authors, as opposed to larger, more well-known ones. Not saying that I don't like their stories, there's a reason people read their stories, but the people who do have good stories and a smaller audience need some love.
I'm an editor for a small newspaper and part-time book reviewer in real life and am thinking about writing a book review... book. Yeah, that doesn't sound right as I'm typing this out.
