Hi! I started reading Heir of Beasts years ago, but life caught up with me so I wasn’t able to finish. I started rereading it again recently. Both times, I’ve been utterly BLOWN AWAY by the emotion you manage to evoke through ur beautiful writing and the way your characters literally jump off the page. You’ve actually inspired me to start fiddling with writing myself, (although that’s not going too well at the moment ) and I hope that I can one day capture the balance between rawness and magic that you’ve mastered! But that said, I truly hope that you’re doing well! This is a tough time, so make sure that you’re taking care of yourself and don’t EVER feel pressured!!! Wishing you all the best!

For some reason I didn’t see this until now, and I know it’s been several months, but I wanted to say thank you for the kind words. I’m so glad you like the story and I’m especially glad to hear the characters jump off the page. You have no idea how much that means to me. I wrote Heir of Beasts to help me get through some hard times; even when I’m not actively writing, these characters are my emotional support team. I can tell fantasy from reality, but their world made, and makes, mine more bearable. I’ll finish it, but I’m not sure how fast because I’ll be working and hopefully moving next month.
