dearest, please consider seeking treatment. it may seem like hopeless bullshit but without it i wouldn't be reading this to tell you. i felt as if my standards were failing. i was losing myself yet was so obsessively under the illusion of being in control when my behaviors and emotions were only killing me. you. are. important. worthwhile. valuable. and immaculately awe-inspiring. as someone who has also been slave to my mind and past, i would not lie to you.
          please keep journaling and talk to someone. i would be more than willing.

I had a nightmare last night that it was the apocalypse and there was a plague going around and there were corpses all around my house and I had to go camping and it was terrifying and now I can’t leave my room bc it was the only place in my house that wasn’t in my dream. anywho,,, that’s horrific. thanks for coming to my ted talk.
