          ohhh, are winters cold there? and we’re nearing the end of summer already or it feels like it since school starts back in august. my summer has been good so far but very lazy and laid back. 
          
          thank you! I’m just glad he’s hopefully in a better place now because he’s been sick and struggling for a long time so although it breaks my heart I’m glad that he’s no longer suffering. 
          
          I’m so glad that nursing is going well for you! I have a friend who is in the nursing program here and she says it’s hard with a lot of work but totally worth it. it’s nice to be in a career that helps so many other people too. wishing you the best in it!!!

okay so I am FINALLY doing this! I meant to way before now but it’s just been a mess with me. 
          
          (I’m pretty sure this just be one of the longest running convos). is summer still in session for you? and how has it been?? missed you! 
          
          I still feel sad when I think about the guy from high school but times made it a little less hurtful. as far as dorms go, I’m really enjoying them but I’m ready for an apartment because I want a kitchen to cook real food in lol
          
          I’m so glad you had so much fun at your formal!! 
          
          I started Christmas break on the 15th of December and just started back today. I was supposed to start back last week but we had snow which they canceled classes for and I missed Thursday classes because my dad passed away the 12th of January. 
          
          yeah, a whole lot of time to be an adult even if I don’t want to be half the time hahaha 
          
          AHHHH IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! HOW WAS IT??? 
          
          I’m doing alright. like I said earlier, my dad passed away but it’s been coming for a while because he had a terminal brain disease. of course it’s still horribly heartbreaking but the familiarity of the situation has made it a little more bearable and I’ve been able to cope with it more than if it had just randomly happened. he’s not in pain anymore and hopefully happy so I can be thankful for that if nothing else. I also started college back and I’m going to get a refund again so that was good to hear. plus my only class of the day let out early and seemed like it will be good.
