nima wordlessly gets to work on shrugging out of the robe they're typically adorned in. the gesture causes more blood to ooze out the gaping wound -- a nasty gash that's practically been ripped into, as if at the behest of a serrated edge of sorts -- but to this they pay no mind. it's more than likely they're hardly even aware.
the robe sits low on their hips, as best it can whilst sitting anyway because they all but silently refuse to move, torn torso open for the doctor's scrutiny. already, the thick substance of abyssal energy is edging towards the wound from something in their chest as if panicking. "what's the diagnosis, doctor?" another breezy smile.

[ a shake of their head- they brush aside the string of insults directed towards the makings of the abyss, more occupied with checking their state. difficult to make observations considering the gore they were coated in.
their gaze is redirected to the abdominal after it was pointed out, expression twisting into a subtle grimace. the tone in which they answered only caused them to roll their eyes, leaving momentarily and returning with a basin of water and a few cloths. they point to their face, their hands then to the water, after which making a gesture to discard the clothing that prevented them from properly seeing the wound. ]

they make themself comfortable first before they even /deign/ to acknowledge the silent enquiry. the chair is simple, but they sit upon it like they've acquired a throne instead. "two abyss heralds, and a lector." a disgusted sniff, their bright eyes studying the gore under their claws. "cowardly, snivelling, disgusting little--" abruptly does nima cut themself off with a pleasant smile, one used for mortals, but their tail still bristles nonetheless. "apologies."
that professional little smile only grows, baring teeth in a cruel attempt of a grin, and even their maw is stained dark with cruor. "well, you'd be a terrible doctor if you turned away a patient in need." a gesture to their stomach, at a bloodstain as dark as the splatters on their arms. "i'd really rather not bleed out. do you want me to say please? oh, pretty please can you ensure my organs don't fall out from my gut?"
