Hey Darlin’

I know I’ve been inactive here and on Instagram, but I haven’t jumped ship! If I’m being honest, I’ve been suffering with burnout these last few months. It’s no one’s fault besides my own. I tend to obsess over things until I overwhelm myself and then I have to take a step back. That is exactly what I did with my writing.

Moonlight started as an idea back in 2017 and I love how much it’s grown since then. Its been a work in progress for many years. Before you worry, I’m going to finish it, I just needed a bit of a breather so I could come back with fresh eyes.

I have so many other projects in mind, other stories, more content, prequels, sequels, you name it. My mind is an endless stream of ideas and sometimes I can kinda drown in them. Not that that’s a bad thing, I just need to learn how to swim.

That being said, I’m easing my way back into writing. I’ll be working on Moonlight and starting other projects I’ve not been allowing myself to work on. I may even publish a short story here and there so I can feel better about completing things.

So, thank you guys for sticking around. Being a writer is my dream and I’m determined to see it through. I wouldn’t be here without all of you.

          	I love you all.

PS; if you want to keep up with me and my writing, be sure to follow me on Threads! @thewriterjordan

I’ll be much more active on there and I’ll be posting all the things I’m working on!

@thewriterjordan I'm with @tonyorrego here, I fell in love with your story on Episode and fell in love all over again here on Wattpad! Honestly, Moonlight, @thewriterlorren 's The Enemy's Daughter and another Mated To A Werewolf by @Stellabwrites were the first 3 stories I found after downloading Episode in early-mid 2017, and just like the Harry Potter books and movies did when I was 10yrs old, these 3 stories gave me worlds to escape to and, honestly, saved my life... given 10yr old me back in the 2003 and 2017 me had different reasons to need life saving in the bigger picture (the same being mental health the difference being that 2017 me was dealing with grief after losing my mom while 2003 me was dealing with wanting to escape her life and the memories of the trauma my father had been putting me through even though my mom moved me far away and was doing everything to make me feel safer and more protected) but still, yalls stories gave me something to look forward to and enjoy in life and I appreciate having that in my darkest moments, and even if it takes until my 3.5 yr old is in her 30s falling in loves with stories by authors like yall I will wait and look forward to seeing all of them be fully finished on wattpad and then published by a big time high paying yet publishers who can't wait to get your books on shelves EVERYWHERE

hey darlin’,
I just published a new chapter of Moonlight! Be sure to check it out and let me know what you think!

In other good news, I have the next chapter nearly finished already. Shortening them has definitely made it significantly easier for me to write, edit, and publish without large gaps in between.

I also have some exciting plans to share with you all. Not yet, but soon!

If you enjoy Moonlight, be sure to comment and vote on it! I love reading through all your comments.

As always, I love you guys! See you soon! ✨
