Please for the love of whatever you believe in, don't post other people's stories on wattpad! If you want to see their content on wattpad, ask if they could post it in wattpad/if they have a wattpad account. Don't post it without asking, don't claim it's yours, don't do anything to the content without the author's permission.
          
          If you do get permission to post it, credit them in the title and at the beginning of the summary, and delete it if they ask you to! It's not yours, and you have no rights to it.

I am so tired of the Witch community here on wattpad. 
          
          You don't have to be female to be a witch. You can be any gender, any sexuality, any race. 
          
          Voodoo is not evil. It is a religion created by black slaves from America for black people, so you cannot practice it if you aren't black. No, that isn't racist. The same goes for Hoodoo. 
          
          You cannot be a bruja if you aren't Latin American. It is a closed religion and it is separate from witchcraft. 
          
          Wicca is not an ancient religion. It was created in the 70s or 80s and is considered to be a Neopagan religion. 
          
          You don't have to be Wicca to be a witch. You don't have to practice any religion to be a witch. You don't have to be a witch to be Wiccan. 
          
          Magic isn't inherently good or bad. 
          
          You can't actually transform yourself in any way. You can't turn into a mermaid or any other mythical creature, you can't change your eye color, you can't change your body type. You can use spells to help you towards your goals or to gain assistance/traits from mystical creatures but you can't change the fact that you are human. 
          
          You have to really believe in magic to do it, not just cast randomly and expect it to work. 
          
          Magic doesn't have to be overly complicated to work. A spell can simply be silent intent in your mind, no more, no less. 
          
          Copyright is a thing, please don't steal spells. If you want to repost, ask first! 
          
          Love spells directed at a specific person are highly controversial, and you must think long and hard before casting them because you may end up forcing them in your direction, so to speak. 
          
          "White", " Black", and "Grey" magics don't exist - magic is magic, define it properly. 
          
          There's so much more but I don't even want to get into that. Just take everything you read on here with an entire handful of salt.
