Tim Dupell's commitment to providing effective mental health care and advocacy stems from his experience with loved ones and family members facing various mental health challenges. With Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Addiction, and Autism affecting those closest to him, he knows the importance of personalized care to serve individuals and their families.

Although he started his career in finance, accounting, and risk management, Tim found his calling in the mental health field. He began as a CPA consultant with Ernst & Young before joining Family Help & Wellness, an organization dedicated to providing nationwide mental and behavioral health services to youth.

His finance work also proved valuable experience in the mental health industry. Tim specialized in healthcare and insurance before transitioning to management accounting with HMO Oregon/Capital Health Care. During his six years with the company, he identified areas where individuals were not receiving the needed care.

Later, he became the CFO of The Corvallis Clinic, where he used his expertise to build financial sustainability and integrity. Tim credits his time in both positions for helping him form strong connections with people who share his values of respect, dignity, and appreciation for clients, customers, and employees. Overall, Tim's career has been devoted to service, using his skills and passion for making a difference in the lives of those facing mental health challenges.
