hi guys!! i just wanted to come on here and say i hope u all are staying safe and healthy!! i know every time im active on here it’s with promises of updating as soon as possible, however this is a bit different.
          
          i start my freshman year of college on thursday and life has been very overwhelming leading up to that, leaving me almost no time or motivation to write, sadly. i still love writing but when i came back a few months ago i had a lot more time on my hands than i have now.
          
          this isn’t a goodbye, however. i have full intentions on finishing be my baby, updating my one shots, and executing my next work in progress. it just might be a while
          
          thank u all for ur patience and support constantly, it truly does mean the world for me. i value communication above all else, so instead of just going MIA im putting a temporary hiatus on both my one shots book and be my baby so that i have time to settle into school, see where i am in life, and go on from there.

postponing today's update for be my baby!! there's a chance I can get it written before tonight but I don't want to rush it and release it without proofreading. expect the next update by monday at the latest!!

          also i cannot thank u guys enough for your constant patience with my updating lol life is rlly crazy rn but im trying my hardest i promise 

okay so i lied about being able to update be my baby this week :(( i've been so busy with my family that i havent even been able to proofread the chapters that were set to be posted this week and i have yet to write past chapter 25 so instead of just sending out half-assed updates i'd rather wait until i'm able to put forth the quality that i think we all deserve. thank you for understanding <33

I would just like to say that, just because I have a work of relative popularity (reaching over 1.2 million views) does not make me any less of a human!! I am still a person and I am always welcome to constructive criticism and feedback but please do so without dragging my personal character through the mud.
          
          There is a lot of my life and my story that I do not share on here. Most of you do not even know my real name. To provide feedback on my work is one thing but please do not accuse me of things when you do not know me.
          
          At the end of the day I am human, I want to create a space of creativity and positivity for my increasingly growing number of readers but I cannot do so if I cannot be treated as a person, instead of just a shadow hiding behind a popular work.
          
          With that being said, I love you all unconditionally <3 Thank you for reading and supporting thus far!
