          I'm writing a contemporary romance novel on Wattpad that explores complex themes and includes Hindi dialogues with translations. I'd appreciate your guidance on whether it's common to include multiple languages in a novel, especially when the primary language is English.
          
          Does including so much of Hindi dialogues and words makes my work any less of a novel? Please do consider this message and clear my doubts.
