"⠀oh i wanna get it now so we can match...   hold on,⠀" ⠀ rolling up his sleeves—   and taking off his shoes (along with his socks),   noboru prepared himself to catch the koi by the pond. ⠀ "⠀watch me get it.⠀" ⠀ a confident grin is flashed.

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              “you’re right!   in fact,   the fish looks like miss middleton don’t you agree?   even the patterns and its face!”

@ttaekwondo       ⚙︎              she didn’t realize how close the two were,   far too concerned for the other who had come to her aid.   （not once,   but twice）!!   the exchange student felt nothing except gratefulness for the delinquent,      “dumb is the right word to use..   yes.   except i’m always glad you coming to help,   it..   makes things a lot easier.”      a smile forms on her lips,   hands politely settling as they clasp together in front of her.   finally leaning back and standing up straight.

（──!!） her closeness made him flush a bit,   where the much taller girl peers. ⠀ "⠀it's fine i've dealt with them last time,   they're just a bunch of thugs wanting to intimidate others.   it's dumb.⠀"

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              “ah,   yes,   but it’s quite alright.   they were just about to leave.”      without a second,   the men who noticed the boy must have recognized him,   as they scurried off without a second thought after her comment.      “i’m alright though,   ah—”      suddenly,   the girl peers closer to the other,   concern etched,      “how about you?”

"⠀no,   the flowers are for you...⠀" ⠀ noboru shyly admits,   now handing over the beautiful bouquet of flowers.    although at the mentioned chocolates,   his eyes glint a familiar shine. ⠀ "⠀oh!   don't worry i got chocolates─┄   flowers aren't complete without sweets,   you know?⠀" ⠀ a warm smile encompasses,    the paperbag he had contained those chocolates─   different types,   (perhaps he's being too 'extra' for others,   but he truly wanted to impress her father,   and what only mattered was his sweet approval). ⠀ "⠀emi—chan we haven't seen each other in a week,   that's why it felt like it...  (꒦ິ⌑︎꒦ີ)!!⠀" ⠀ a silent sob.
            
            noboru leans closer,   eye blinking whilst he eagerly held her shoulders. ⠀ "⠀what is it?   you got grounded from seeing me right?   oh...   i know,   it's because of me?   did he not like that i'm picking you up?⠀"

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              a small thoughtful look formed,   but a mischievous smile quickly replaces it.      “not if he doesn’t find out,”      the girl replies,   lightly moving aside her long,   blonde hair which usually rested in a bun.   except today,   it was let down completely,   the length resting just past her shoulders.      “i’ve missed you as well.   oh!   are these flowers meant for him?”      émilee’s eyes soften,   adoring the effort that noboru’s spent on trying to win her father over,   it was sweet.      “you’re far too kind,   i’m sure you’re slowly winning him over!   don’t fret,   but maybe bring some chocolates..   he loves sweets!”      she helps him up and through the window,   carefully shutting it close so it wouldn’t make any noise.      “how are you?   i feel like i haven’t seen you in days!”

"⠀is that okay?   won't your father notice?⠀" ⠀ noboru yelled in question,   was that even allowed that he'd sneak in their home?   well..   it shouldn't be a problem now.   with a sigh,   noboru carefully placed the bouquet in a paperbag,   and he carried it with the use of his teeth by the handle.   and he started climbing her house.   (really,  what can he not do?)   after successfully hopping over her balcony,   he smiles. ⠀ "⠀emi─chan,   i missed you..⠀"

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              “i’ve missed this place,   grandpa’s ramen is always so yummy.”      she replies,   getting out of the car rather eagerly.   moving to nobo’s side so that they could walk in together.

it's nice that,   she notices that he tries.   and it makes his lips curl a bit─┄   makes him awfully giddy inside.   she really does appreciate him,   and he can't help but feel so flustered. ⠀ "⠀yeah,  sure...   i know a place.⠀" ⠀ he nodded in turn,   and continued driving until they've reached the ramen shop.

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              while that may be true,   and émilee agrees with what nobo has to say.   the truth can’t help but bring a small frown to her lips,      “but you’re already good,   everyone only sees what’s displayed on the surface,   but you’ve done more than enough proving yourself to him.”      she reassures,   brows knit together with worry.      “pudding!   oh,”      the word snapping her out of it,      “i’ve been wanting that for awhile too now.   let’s go look for a dessert cafe once we finish.   does that sound good?”

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              “i’ll always stress,   dear!   as you would with me too,   it’s no big deal.   besides,   a few wrinkles won’t harm the way i look.”

"⠀oh emi...    you're so cute.   but it's fine really,   i don't want you stressing because of me.   besides,   i'm strong.⠀"

@ttaekwondo       ⚙︎              “i’ll always worry about you,”     a hand goes to lightly cascade her fingers through his dark locks,   eyes narrowing as she leans the side of her head against his.      “we can even hug on school premises,”      émilee would tease.      “or,   we could always go home and cuddle to our own content!”

he could honestly just melt from her embrace,   he felt so weak by it. ⠀ "⠀it shouldn't be a problem,   we're outside of school premises.   besides,   i'd like to hug some more.⠀" ⠀ his own arms wrap to her figure,   and he leans closely. ⠀ "⠀thanks for worrying about me.⠀"

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              émilee couldn’t help but wrap her arms around the delinquent,   left hopelessly looking at him with an affectionate look in her green hues.      “stop it,   you.   if anyone’s bound to be blushing it would be me by now!”      her eyes then cast to the beaten up figure,      “we should go,   you can’t get in trouble again and have teachers putting you in detention again.”

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              that was easy?   she was stunned,      “ryo-gaun dei.. kamasu kau?”      it didn’t take anyone smart to realize how horribly she butchered that,   upon realization,   she covers her face in embarrassment.

"⠀m‘kay,   let's start easy.   this'll be alright.⠀" ⠀ after clearing his throat,   noboru then started. ⠀ "⠀ryōgae dekimasu ka?    [can i change money?]⠀" ⠀ he points,   and later waits for her to follow the exact words.

@ttaekwondo      ⚙︎              “yes please,”      she clears her throat.   soon sitting up again afterwards.
