helmut s. spent 37 years in the International restaurant and hotel industry on three continents Europe, Africa and America, before getting caught by the under-currents of a new wave. He got into information technology and information systems working at a Community College enjoying every day.

Retired, helmut s. used his hospitality knowledge, life experiences and hopes as well as some parts of his daily diaries to create Sepp's Epic Perils & Pitfalls, to create 7 Sepp books in 2017.

The author is not fibbing when he says this extended story is about more than waiting tables, etc.. The first part of the protagonist's epic journey offers a harrowing account of what post-WWII was l like, when civilians found themselves in the cruel and violent vise of various units. The story arc across 7 volumes) is, as stated earlier, epic and covers Sepp's early years in Europe and further sojourns to Africa and finally the US. By Volume 3 it seemed impossible that one character could experience all of this life, but the saga is related in such a steady tone that it becomes quite plausible.
But how to read a multi-volume saga? Like any other, I would advise. Order Volume 1 and then if the tale is to your taste, read beyond that segment.

Advisory: This saga contains graphic sexuality, so if you are put off by that aspect, you might have a rough time with the story.
