            〝  well,  you're the only one so far that's been willing to even give me the chance to do this.  the others i tried convincing in the past shot me down either because they were busy,  or didn't see my podcast as worthy enough ＂ she said with a laugh,  even though there was a slight hint of sadness in her voice.  but a smile was quick to make it back on her face at hearing what irvine had later said〝  i promise you won't regret it﹗ we can exchange contact info so you can let me know the next time you'd be free ＂

he raised a brow,   though he was blunt,   he merely did honest work..   most of which are strictly business related.   nothing else.   he found it a bit odd to be proposed of such,   perhaps he could give it a try..? ⠀ “⠀your reasonings are quite...  impractical.   i don't see why you'd even mention me,   there are more prominent figures in the ipc worth reaching out to.⠀” ⠀ after a bit of thought on it,   the man relents. ⠀ “⠀i'll reconsider it.⠀”

            〝 how:  the podcast will be livestreamed in my little studio.  as for why:  because why not﹖  i think it'd serve as a great opportunity for my viewers to get to know at least one of the members of the ipc.  that,  and because i've maybe mentioned about you a couple of times and they got curious-  this will all be in good fun,  so there's no need to be on the fence about this if you are ＂

            〝  i'd say be flattered.  they only get like this when someone attractive is on the stream after all ＂ she spoke while leaning back against the sofa,  one of the plushies that was given to her by a viewer being hugged against her chest

leaning over to the screen,   he had read some of the comments and───it really was quite the reaction from the viewers...   his squinted eyes shifts to confusion instead. ⠀ “⠀i am...  left a bit uncertain if i should feel disturbed or flattered.⠀” ⠀ he mutters.

            the second irvine appeared on the stream after his change in clothing,  it was as if the floodgates had burst and messages of melanie's chat flowed in almost at the speed of light〝  haha,  you wanna see everyone's reaction﹖  come read what they're saying and i think you'll understand ＂ she said with a chuckle while looking over at the messages,  occasionally stealing glances at irvine in the process

            〝  that's a relief because i haven't either﹗ ＂ she laughed out as she looked at the recipe that was on her phone,  making sure everything they needed was there〝  this is going to be fun,  aren't you excited vin﹖ ＂

“⠀sure thing.⠀” ⠀ after washing his hands by the nearby sink,  he turns off the faucet and walks by her side. ⠀ “⠀i've never really baked before,⠀” ⠀ he admits.

            〝  some french toast and eggs,  something simple ＂ melanie had let go of his hand once they made it to the kitchen in favor of going behind the other and lightly pushed against his back to make him go towards one of the chairs next to the dining table.  she then went off to grab both of their plates of food and happily placed irvine's where he was sitting along with a glass of water and utensils〝  now i may not be the best cook in the world,  but i think i did an amazing job﹗ ＂

“⠀you are such a morning person  ...  well,  i suppose memokeepers need not sleep.⠀” ⠀ shrugged irvine,   the tugging to his hand had made him stand up eventually where they then walked out hand in hand. ⠀ “⠀what did you make?⠀”

            melanie wiggled her wrist lightly against irvine's gentle grasp before also sitting back up〝  it's the least i can do for always inviting myslef into your place unexpectedly ＂ she used her other hand to hold onto the other's before getting up and lightly tugged against him as if urging him to stand up〝  alright,  now up you go﹗ ＂

            〝  it's rare that i have actual company over aside from just in the studio,  so please make yourself at home while i go get him.  i bet he's hiding somewhere napping right now ＂ the ravenette said while returning the smile before going to look for the said feline.  after a few minutes,  she arrived back in the living room with the tuxedo cat comfortably in her arms〝  this is orion﹗  he's very affectionate so you don't have to worry about him trying to claw at you.  so go ahead and pet him if you'd like ＂ as she spoke,  she gently placed orion down onto the space beside serafina,  the cat stretching in turn at the new spot it was placed in

[serafina bears a soft smile,   finding their reaction to be quite cute.    however,    it did seem as if her wings perked up at the mention of a pet feline.     a bit concern for their well-beings,]        oh?   well,  of course.    i don't mind at all,     are they friendly towards new visitors..   that including halovians also?

            yep﹗  i've had sunday and robin come onto my podcasts in the past.  and i'd say they liked it,  or at least i hope they did.  if you're on the fence about it,  you can ask whatever questions you might have
