Weather Girl WX

Χαίρετε (Hello in Greek)! I am an astrophysics, meteorology, and quantum physics fan and am quite creative. I love nature and enjoy studying physics and astronomy. My favorite movies right now  are "The Martian," and "Interstellar," and my favorite singers are Janet Devlin and Coldplay.
In terms of writing, I love to write about nature and science and my writing style tends to really bring out the beauty of the words presented in it. I write all appropriate, adventure, fantasy and sci-fi stories and have had many achievements in my writing. I'm part of a group called "Power of the Pen," and I've been in it for two years. In this group, we go to competitions where we are given 45 minuets to write a short story based on a prompt given to us. We are then ranked based off our story's uniqueness and creativity and if we place well (normally we are put up against around 100+ members) we move up to higher competitions. We start at district, then move to regional, then to the top level: state.  
Last year, I went to state, wining 9th place out of over 100 students at district. This year, I placed 2nd and 8th at two of our mini meets (note that only 40-50 people attend these and they do not qualify us for anything). As of right now, I have moved past our district competition for this year and am going on to regional, along with my friends @mygosh6, @confusedsilence26, @BeachGirl10, and @doorsarehorrors. We will then compete there, and thus might move on to state!
