          A frown creased the boy's features as she held him, the sheer tone in her voice enough to set him on edge. "Mom...?" His dark eyes flicked up at her, "... Promise me you're telling me the truth... I'm a big boy, I can handle it."  he chuckled, attempting to lighten the mood a little.

          "I'm glad." He murmured, resting his head against her chest. "I've really missed you- I was so worried when everything with Thanos kicked off, I thought I'd never see you again-" 
          As much as he insisted he wasn't, Billy could be quite the mommy's boy. Tommy often pointed it out.

          The raven-haired boy smiled just as brightly, embracing his mother with a soft sigh. It felt like he hadn't seen her in so long, despite knowing he's seen her a few times to talk to her about his twin's antics.
          "I've been okay, Teddy and I are doing pretty good." He beamed, just thinking about him made him happier. It almost made him forget about everything else that was happening.
          "Tommy's been surprisingly good, too. How've things been with you...? How's uh... How's dad?"
