I am an aspiring writer. This is my first time revealing my stories publicly. 

I am real shy so I prefer to stay anonymous.

I like writing. I will admit I am not the best writer, but I am working on it. 

I write stories that I think are interesting and enjoyable. If you don't like them, I understand. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and what they find read-worthy. That's why there are multiple genres of books out there.


But while I understand there are personal opinions, down right bullying and attacking of people I do not appreciate. I work hard on my stories, as does any writer for that matter.

Constructive criticism and flat out put downs are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.


CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM:

"While I do not particularly enjoy this type of story, I do appreciate the effort. Tip: there are some grammatical errors you should fix."

"Not the type of story I usually read, but I like the effort. Good luck!"


ATTACKING/BULLYING:

"This is stupid!" 

"What a waste of time!"

"You suck!"

"Stop writing!"


There are many different styles of writing, many different levels of writing knowledge, and many different types of stories. So before attacking someone, particularly a writer for their work, try to put yourself in their shoes. How would you feel if something you worked really hard on and are really proud of is spit on. 

So if you do not like my stories, do not read them. That simple.

Publicly displaying one's work is a big deal, especially for shy people like me.

So I just ask, if you don't like my stories, please don't be brutal.


Anyways, I just hope you all enjoy my stories.
