NHS workers are REALLY grinding my gears through this pandemic. I get that they are the frontline, and I am grateful that we have a free health care system in the first place. Yes, they’re probably underpaid but they aren’t the only ones. I’m not taking away from anything they do or have done, I’m just sick of them thinking they’re the only ones risking their lives during this time. 
          
          The average NHS worker earns between £14-£16 per hour depending whether on nights. I, as someone who works in a supermarket, £8.15. During this pandemic I have been working double my contracted hours, in some cases nearly 60 hours a week when I’m only contracted to 16 to put food on the shelves for you. I come into contact with a ridiculous amount of people just in one day yet the only PPE I get is a paper tabard that says “please stay 2 metres apart”. Which they don’t even do - people aren’t respecting the rules. I’ve had people scream in my face, spit at me, threaten me, throw things at me. One woman even purposely pissed on the floor. All because we’ve run out of high in demand items. THAT IS NOT MY FAULT, NOR CAN I DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. 
          
          I’m just saying that the NHS workers don’t get that kind of treatment and they’re not the only ones keeping this country going. They’re being martyrised and campaigning for a wage rise. 

I’ve just gone absolutely psycho at this boy I’m talking to because I couldn’t reply to his insta story and thought he had restricted me and I mean majorly psychotic outburst to realise I was on my private acc that he doesn’t follow (boy hasn’t graduated to that yet) and he’s fckin seen it rip to my love life if anybody needs me I will be drinking rhubarb gin and ginger ale for the duration of the day and praying to the holy man himself that my tiddies can salvage this mess 

feel like life is just passing me by ... everyone around me is in relationships, getting engaged, getting married, having kids, buying houses & loving their life and I’m just here, like literally just here being a failure in life 

haha my uni have literally said fuck you to all the final year students and said either get on with your degree without the proper facilities or suspend your studies and pay to do it all over again next year, you can’t make this shit up wtf

          ok so met a boy on insta n we got talking, turns out he’s in a boyband and they went on a lil 6 week tour before we go put on lockdown and he put me on guest list for all shows, we were really getting along so I kept going to the shows n I mean I travelled up and down the country, met some lovely girls n some of his fans, got to know his band mates, he’s a little bit younger than me but I have him a chance bc it’s not really my thing but we decided it’s a friend thing n we’re cool 
          
          well now I REALLY like one of his band mates to the point I can’t escape thinking about him even when I’m asleep, this boy be all up in my dreams saying n doing all the right things, got me up at almost 5am looking at the pics we have together n cropping everyone else out
