* 2020 Winter Olympics Award Updates: Genre Round Judging *
Hello Participants and Judges!
What an eventful week! A few judging pieces are outstanding, but I hope to have full feedback this weekend - or at least within the next week. Judges who have questions or outstanding forms to submit, please ensure that I receive all of your information ASAP!
Participants who don't win their genre: After the Genre Winners chapter is posted, if you'd like to receive the feedback form your Judge created when they were judging your work, please send me a DM with your e-mail address, the story you entered, and which genre you entered - I will be happy to share the feedback with you at that point.
Participants who move on to the final round judging: Your feedback will come to you following the completion of the Winner's Circle Round with two Judges' worth of feedback to best help you in your next adventures.

@dark-shadows Unfortunately, several former Judges didn't complete their commitment and I have considerable reading to do. My family and career will come first always, so I'll finish as I'm able.

However, I am needing another Judge - or I may have to extend judging into the weekend so that I can catch these entries after the workweek.

What an amazing start to the competition! We already have two genres locked in with winners - with more results flooding in.
Participants, make sure that you've followed all of the rules expected to ensure that you are allowed to win in your genre and proceed.
Judges, we have two more days left until all results are due in. Please ensure that you have everything in by the end of the day on October 15th.

* Judging Underway: 2020 Winter Olympics Award *
Hello Participants and Judges!
Judging is well underway with some results already pouring back in. Thank you to the Judges who have jumped onto the task and have completed their Genre Judging.
For the remainder of the Judges: all forms are to be submitted back to me by the end of the day on October 15th, EST.
Participants: We're excited to have a chance to look at your work and get to know your stories. As a reminder, all Participants must follow of the host, Winner's Circle Judge Team, and your assigned Genre Judge to be eligible to participate and win in the Award. Even if your entry wins by highest score, I will be verifying in detail whether you have followed the award rules and you will be immediately disqualified if I find that unfollowing or lack of following has occurred (allowing the next highest scoring Participant who followed the rules to win and enter Winner's Circle review).

* 2020 Winter Olympics Award: Closed for Entries and New Winner's Circle Judge *
Hello everyone!
Just hours ago, the entry window closed for the 2020 Winter Olympics Award. Short Story entrants: check your Judge assignment because @RowanCarver has joined as a Winner's Circle Judge to support Short Story. We now have enough Judges that I can pick up the extra entries, so the games continue!
Participants: you must follow your Judge and Winner's Circle Judges Team to qualify as an award winner. Even if your score is highest, I will be verifying whether rules were followed before posting Genre Round winners.
Judges: You all should have email copies of the Judging Form. Judging results are due back two weeks from today by the end of the day on October 15th.

Hello everyone!
Today is the final day for entries in the 2020 Winter Olympics Award! We still have Judges needed to make the award work; while it's nice to see an outpouring of writers wanting to participate, consider being a Judge to keep contests alive.
Third round notification: While I'd love to have time to judge all the outstanding pieces without Judges assigned, my real life career schedule now won't allow for that (which obviously takes priority). If your entry doesn't have an assigned Judge by the end of today, unfortunately we won't be able to support your entry. I apologize for the inconvenience, however encourage writers to volunteer as a Judge for another Genre if they haven't already.

* 2020 Winter Olympics Award: Three Days Left to Enter & Judges Needed *
Hello friends, readers, and competitors!
We have just three days left before the entry window closes for Participants on the 2020 Winter Olympics Award! The amount of Participant interest is astounding...but not matched yet by a community of Judges to support.
I am unfortunately not able to judge the entire balance of entries requiring Judges due to a career promotion which takes precedence over Wattpad writing. If we don't have enough Judges, only those with Judges assigned will be able to participate.
Spread the word and help us to find Judges - we especially need Romance and Short Story Judges!
