Ima say this cause I can’t stand the Laila slander. I was trying to wait until babus book to write it but I can’t lol
Marco abused tf out of Laila. Beat the hell out of her. Brandon and Laila did not have another kid because Marco had found them while Laila was pregnant with Brandon’s kid and beat her until she had a miscarriage. He tried to kill Tina multiple times because she loved Sante more than him. Laila had tried to leave Marco multiple times and he would find her and beat tf out of her. Laila loved and cared about Marco and lied to babu to protect him!
Laila doesn’t like looking like a victim or a survivor which is why she lied and said what she said so she could look like the bad guy. It made her feel more empowered.
Marco had a saying whenever he would find her that “Never wants to look like a victim but you are. I made you a victim”
Laila even went as far as not telling Aurora everything that happened because she seen how much Aurora was beginning to care about him.
Marco ain’t innocent in shït. He’s horrible.

@Liatoocute a lot of people adore Marco. I’ve been in one too so I have trouble writing it a lot cause it’s gives me PTSD. It’s written more in babus book where you get the full and true story about what happens in their relationship. I like Marco as a dad and grandpa now. Laila has a bad habit of protecting Marco which is why the family doesn’t know what truly happened between them. A lot of people just rub off the fact that he killed/tortured them and I’m like huh?! Lol. Just the 3 of them and Tina know what happened which is why she fought so hard for Brandon and Laila.

When did we start liking Marco???? yes he’s tolerable now but never has he been likable ! Maybe it’s bc I’ve been in a DV relationship that I just don’t see myself ever liking him but when did that happen? I missed the train
