There is a small problem, one that in theory can be easily fixed, but I would like your opinion on the matter.

// NWH got spoiled for me because SOME ppl on here announce the whole plot of the movie without thinking twice. You can't say "spoilers" and immediately proceed to list what happens below without even a space or any kind of censoring. People’s eyes go faster than their thoughts. I hate everything smh. Fucking idiots

That's a lot of books, are you sure you'll be able to carry those out?

Erik swiftly put the pile of about eight books down on the counter. Most of them were non-fictional books about world wars, modern politics and philosophy. He needed to catch up, after all. His black fedora, feather and all, was put on top of the pile by scarred, though strong-looking fingers. He followed the stranger to the elevator, but stopped in front of it. A frown was casted upon pale features (or at least, half of them). "Is it safe, monsieur?" he asked, peering at the technology inside. Lots of buttons . . . and cats. But last time he checked, elevators were highly dangerous. Had that changed too ?

My favorites? * He gave a nervous chuckle, not entirely certain of his request * I suppose, if you insist.   *  Sitting up, the librarian promptly abandoned his desk, motioning for their visitor to follow them to a rather curious elevator. It was a vintage model, but not a spot of rust to be seen. A few cats sat inside exchanging curious mewls to one another. *    After you.

Erik patted the equine's neck as the slightest smile made way to his inflamed, puffed lips. He oftentimes had a natural strong affinity with animals, whether it was cattle or pets, even the mouses enjoyed his presence. Maybe they felt his torment and chose compassion over feral survival. "I believe so." His expression fell.

He brushed his hand through the soft, cotton-felt mane one last time before stepping back. Erik's head - the right, masked side - turned to peer at the carer. An ice-blue and honey brown eye scanned over the man's clothing. Curiosity lit up his irises. "Where are you headed to, monsieur?" he asked as he peeled his black fedora from his head. The dark ostrich feather bobbed in the air that smelled like hay and sheepwool.

@yourghosts The horse resembles her owner almost , powerful muscles move in a slow , almost hypnotic way beneath her soft short coat . It’s noticed when she leans against meshenna , the tall blonde male laughing as he nudged her towards the other , a clear indication it was okay . “ Usa nganu, usa nganu, “ strong hands gently pat her sloping neck as he continues to work , smiling softly as she begins to eat from the others opened palm, ears forward and relaxed , dark gaze almost fathomless .

Soon enough her grooming is done , and the rider returns the brush to its bucket , stretching strong arms high above his head . “ thank you , for your assistance .” His voice is sweet and soft , a soothing balm to old wounds . Though as hands brush dust off of old jeans , blonde hair hangs in curtains around angelic visage . “ she likes you , it seems . “

"Yes." He nodded. The stranger spoke a truth; horses were indeed wonderful creatures. With their graciously curved heads, strong legs and fur that shone under sunlight. Erik all too gladly accepted the food in his scarred left and headed around the horse and her owner.

"Hello," he greeted once standing in front of her, tone a low, calming silk. "It is okay. I will not harm you. Here. . ." The odd, cloaked man gently began to offer the food from his exposed palm. He watched the horse's ears closely from behind his porcelain mask. The ears gave away an equine's emotions, just like cats. Oh how Erik hated humans, but animals . . . animals were amazing.

            * Dabbing her eye briefly with the cloth before going back to holding it still, a small sigh came through her nose. His question had her frowning. * I’m sorry, Erik. I wish there was a way .. you don't deserve to be stuck out of your time. I know adjusting is difficult for you, but at this point it's what you have to do.

Yes, on your eye. * He drummed his left fingers atop his knee -- the movement got worse when he was nervous. Thankfully he had no reason to be. * Natasha, if you could be honest with me . . . there is no way for me to return to my time, is there ?

On my eye? * The eyebrow above her better eye raised a little bit as she reached out, free hand taking the pot from him. She held it up, inspecting it for a moment before her hand fell to let the pot rest on her knee. * Thanks, Erik.
