          Just a thought and as always making myself even more sad just thinking about the pain ,regret,self blame the thought of being unable to take a breath without your heart construct into a heap of pain as if someone had punch their fist right through your chest and are squeezing your heart so hard making you fold into yourself just to be able to catch a breath but to no avail. Seeing them everywhere you look. Hearing their voice. Their laughter. Hurried over to where you have seen them, but when you reached their you find no one. You search and search only to slump down and cry out in pain. Screaming their name, but no answer came. Realizing that you will never see them again. Not now, not ever. Knowing that they are gone from your sight forever and there is nothing you can do to bring them back.
