Quirk: Time and space, her quirks allows her to stop time at her own will and whenever she uses her quirk her eyes will turn purple and her pupils were turn into clocks that actually works like a clock but it's a timer of how long she can stop time. She can stop everything in time and she'll be only one moving. But she can also stop her enemy and make them freeze in time and allow everything else to move freely with time. She can also freeze moving objects too. And her second part of quirk space, is more like she can travel through time like forward in time or backward but it can also be used to teleport to place with a portal that resembles a black hole. And other people can also go inside that portal so it's most helpful in rescue mission.
Weakness: for having two amazing quirks, she has many draw backs. -She has a 15 minute time limit on objects but a three minute time limit on people. -When she stops everything in time it also has a time limit of 5 minutes -she can make the time limit last longer but it takes a bunch of energy so she must sleep more than the average 7-8 hours -if she uses her quirk too much, her vision will blur and give her a bad headache -she must wear gloves at all times or the people she touch will freeze in time and she can't unfreeze them if she touches them but if she cast it from afar or close by she can and it takes 5 minutes for the person she touched with her bare hands -only 5 people can go through the portal at a time -she must stay concentrated to keep the object or her enemies frozen in time until the timer runs out -she must not interact with both past and future when she does go back or forward in time -if she gets mad way too mad she can stop everything in time by releasing lots of energy
