Chapter 8: Bonnie Part 2 #BestFriends

{"Ms.McKee, I am very sorry but we just have been informed that your credit card as been declined." Thomas tells her.

"What?" Bonnie exclaims.

"If you don't have any other form of paying I have to kindly ask you to pack your belongings and leave." Thomas says kindly.

"Shit." Bonnie sighs"}

Bonnie looks back at Katy.

"I'm broke." Katy says as she shakes her head.

Bonnie then looks back at Thomas.

"Okay we will leave." Bonnie sighs.

"I will give you a couple minutes for you to collect your things." Thomas says.

He then just stands there.

"Oh, okay." Bonnie says as she turns and walks away from the door.

As she walks by Katy, they exchange looks.

Katy sighs and then walks over to Maria.

"Hey sweetie." She says gently.

Maria opens her eyes halfway.

"Mommy?" She says in a sleepy voice.

"Come here, we have to go home." Katy tells her.

"Okay." She says as she sits up.

Katy picks Maria up; Maria wraps her arms and legs around Katy.

"Bonnie can you get her bag?" Katy asks as she heads to the hotel room door.

"Yeah, I got everything." Bonnie says.

As Katy waits for Bonnie by the door, Thomas looks Katy up and down.

Katy awkwardly smiles.

"Lets go." Bonnie says as she makes her way to the door.

Katy and Bonnie then exit the room.

As head to the car Maria lifts her head off Katy's shoulder..

"Where is we going?" Maria asks.

"Home, baby." Katy says as she opens Bonnie's car door.

"Get in." Katy tells her.

Maria gets in the backseat; Katy then buckles her in.

Bonnie gets in the drivers seat as Katy walks to the passengers side.

"Fuck, I am broke where am I gonna go?!" Bonnie freaks out as Katy gets in the car.

Bonnie starts her car.

Katy sighs.

"Just go back to my house and let me talk to my parents alright." Katy tells her.

Bonnie nods her head in agreement as she heads onto the main road.

"Thank you." She tells Katy.

As they drive Katy uses Bonnie's cell phone to call her mother.

"Hello, Hudson Home." Mary answers the phone in a sleep voice.

"Mom! Its me." Katy says.

"Katheryn? is everything okay?!" Mary begins to worry as she sits up in bed.

"Sorta, we are coming home." Katy tells her.

"What happened?" Mary asks; she then glances at the clock on her nightstand it was 1 in the morning.

"I will explain when we get there." Katy says.

"We?" Mary questions.

"We as in you and Maria, right?" Mary asks.
