Lily and Jack were on their second date when Jack had finally come to the sudden realization, when he finally made up his mind. 

It was with Lily's soft kiss under the alive and colourful lights that generated the spark, the desire to make it a memorable Christmas for him. 

As they walked through the snow and crowded streets, in Jack's mind was only one thing, and his first genuine smile in a few years lit up his face.

Oh, what a happy Christmas it would be indeed.
