The two woke up the next day ready for training meeting the captain out the front of the camp

Captain: good morning isn't this just an amazing day for a crawl threw the forest Apol: yes sir Captain: I see you two got to talk now let's get into hell Apol: I'm sorry sir Captain: oh right that's what we call the path we're taking as it isn't easy to go through but I know we can make it since we all are on the high side of our teachings Apol: right well which direction are we heading Captain: well that is up to you where we go as that is also a part of the training Kaz: this is the final examination to pass I seen this in the teaching manuals as you need to be sure that the Stex that leave can look after themselves as this is a examination of how they can do on there own a lot of facilities do this to show how they work with others how they can handle being out in the open we get nothing but what is on us to do this so let's get this started Captain: seeing you can recall what you have read about so where are we heading Kaz: well depending on those mountains and the track next to them and the sign that says don't go this was that is a don't go zone but it can also be where someone can hide something Captain: see your thinking about possibilities Apol: well looking at that

Kaz look towards Apol seeing him point at the smoke coming from something

Apol: something could be happening or someone started a fire Kaz: that's a controlled fire as it is small smoke and if it was from a machine it would be a lot darker then what it is Apol: so your right that is controlled as it hasn't gotten any bigger

The three started to walk in the direction of the trail walking down towards a forest that seemed to be full of creatures but Kaz knew what creatures they were seeing as they were just the sounds Kaz knew they would be keeping there distance from them so they continued to walk it was easy for a start till they sent robot animals in Kaz jumped back in the first attack before jumping on it's back hitting it on the soft spot finding it easy to take down before they sent the more difficult ones in Kaz looked at Apol to see he was worried Kaz grabbed his hand and he nodded as they did a duo take down easily taking it down before looking around they opened it up finding some meat in it they knew what was going to kill then if they ate it and what wouldn't they continued as there were more problems before they stayed the night under a tree Apol was about to start a fire before Kaz stopped him as it would alert creatures to where they where he did stop without hesitating the three continued and slept in the morning they cooked the meat and ate before they started to walk Apol tripped on something Kaz look back to see Grey he walk over to it to find it's a body the two looked up at the Captain

Kaz: this isn't part of the exam right Captain: it isn't to my knowledge who is it Kaz: you have the wrist ID thing on you right Captain: oh ya sorry we don't see many bodies here

The captain grabbed the pistol and started it up getting an ID in seconds before looking a bit worried he showed the two worrying Kaz

Apol: Marince Kastol who's that Kaz: that would be one of the Stex in the facility right now training Captain: we need to get back now Apol get her to the med wing

They get up and start running back to the facility it took half the time as they walked to where they were by the time they got back to the facility everyone was in their bunks arriving at the door the captain pulls out a blaster the two look at each other nodding
