Intro

Hi Guys!
Before we Start, just wanted to say thank you for reading this, and I hope you learn and are more encouraged/confident with shifting.

This is going to be basically a guide for all things to do with shifting, going into more detail than my tiktok account, and I will also be sharing personal experiences to help you.
Feel free to request parts for me to write in the comments, if you feel I have missed anything, or if you want me to write a part about something i haven't done yet.
Also I might do some chapters where I also share others' experiences as well as my own, to mix it around a bit, so, again feel free to contribute to those. I will write at the bottom of each page what I will add next, so if you want to share anything you have experienced for me to add, you can comment it and I will add it in!
