"do you know why kurogiri brought you here, (name)?"
shigaraki long disconnected all for one, so that he and (name) could talk one on one. kurogiri already leaving the room to give the two some privacy.
"n-no?"
"oh, but i bet you have a thought, right?"
his voice sounded taunting. his body getting out of the chair as he walked toward her. his hand reaching out to grab her throat.
two fingers and a thumb pressed against her skin.
she smiled at this.
"my quirk is called corrosion, shigaraki-sama. it allows me to corrode any and all quirks that touch me. in other words, you can't kill me."
"but i can choke you to death."
he had a point. her quirk was meant for defense against other quirks. nothing special. nothing strong. almost ordinary, in fact.
she laughed.
and he frowned.
"did you know what master told me?"
"i can always guess, shigaraki-sama."
he ignored her.
"he told me that you were an imposter. an enemy."
"well, he wouldn't be lying."
