Hello to anyone reading this! I hope you're having a great day or night, and if you have any questions about shifting or just want to comment something, go ahead. It would actually mean a lot to me because I am convinced no one is ever going to read this 😅.

Aannnyyways, lemme get into the stories. They're really not all that exciting, but I think it's important for me to document even the small stuff in case it will help someone.

1. First time I tried, I'm pretty sure I used the train method? Or possibly a combination of that and the Raven method... I dunno for sure. Either way, I for sure had some symptoms, but I got too excited and I think that's why I didn't shift.

2. I used the train method again for try two, because I heard that it was better to stick with one method at a time to truly see if it works for you. I can't remember exactly, but I'm sure I had some symptoms.

3. This is a combination of some of my experiences now because I can't really remember that far back. I remember feeling the Hogwarts Express moving under me and a faint smell of cinnamon, which I had scripted. My eyes also started fluttering like crazy and there was a really bright white light. I could almost see the outline of a train car window, but I remember my heart was beating so fast and I got way too excited, so I think that's why I didn't shift, again 😔.

4. I tried a couple other times, and I just kept falling asleep. So I don't really count those, BUT!! I learned something really important recently. Apparently, if you take a break from shifting, but you still leave your script under your pillow, YOURE STILL TECHNICALLY SHIFTING!! (It's the pillow method, essentially.) Now, this blew my mind, but I also  might just kind of be small brain for not realizing this. Hopefully this helps someone else who didn't realize either. This accidental shifting during a break leads me to my next topic: What Not To Do.

What Not To Do:

Sooo I had gotten to a point where I was attempting to shift for about four to six days in a row which is extremely unadvisable, because you body and your mind can become very tired and fatigued from trying to MOVE YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS TO ANOTHER REALITY. (I'm starting to realize that this whole shifting log is just me being an idiot and then chronicling my mistakes.) I, for some reason, thought my body could handle this. I really thought I was built different. I was not. Unfortunately, all of my consecutive shifting attempts also coincided with the days I was listening to shifting subliminals ALL DAY, which is also probably not encouraged.

However, that is what I did, so when I began to be unable to walk straight, I took that as an excellent sign that I was on the verge of shifting. But, these 'symptoms' went on for days on end. Every time I attempted to shift, thinking I was so incredibly close, I would wake up, not in my DR, wondering why my bedroom wall looked slanted. I stumbled through the day feeling like the room was spinning, ogling at the diagonal walls, ceilings, and floors, and trying to act natural in front of my family while desperately trying not to fall out of my chair. It was only on the fourth day of this that it hit me that MAYBE these WERENT symptoms of shifting, but my body telling me that it was so unbelievably exhausted from the constant shifting and subliminals TELLING me that I was shifting that it couldn't function properly.

So, long story short, I was an idiot who was so chronically fatigued that I could not walk straight. As soon as I took a shifting break, making sure to remove my script from underneath my pillow, the nausea and lopsided hallways subsided. I am now back to normal, thankfully 😅.

To conclude:

Please do not attempt to shift for days and days on end. It is not healthy for your body, considering what you are trying to attempt. (Shifting to a DIFFERENT REALITY.) Also, please stay hydrated, sleep well, remove your script from underneath to your pillow on shifting breaks, and probably don't listen to subliminals all day. I apologize if this information is really obvious, but I am just trying to help people with my own, frankly very dumb, experiences. Hopefully this helped someone, and remind yourself that YOU HAVE SHIFTED!
