Snacks. Which snacks should Madison get? The two made a pitstop at a gas station. Madison's eyes lay on a bag of hot Cheetos. Yum. She also picks up a Starbucks Iced Coffee. Handing over the snacks to Jordan, so she could pay, she walks back to the car. She gets in and looks at the star-filled sky. It was beautiful. Her hometown, before she got shot, didn't have stars. It was a small town with a small population of 300. Only 100 were students. Her friend circle was small. All her friends shared the same passion. They were all dedicated to their grades and they didn't get in trouble. They loved going out to see the sunset and rise. They all drifted because of quarantine. They knew the severity of covid. They all attended class over zoom. They only left the house for necessities. Now, she is a new person. She is the person she always wanted to be. She wanted to be the fun sibling. She wanted to be known. That's what she was. She was now Madison Gilbert.

She snapped out of her thoughts when Jordan opened the door. She hands Madison the snacks. She starts the car, and they take off again. They are 30 minutes away from the college. Madison was calm. She noticed how Madison Gilbert had an 'I don't care' attitude. She rarely stressed about anything. It was a nice change. Before, she was diagnosed with anxiety. She would have constant headaches due to stress. She also would have anxiety attacks often. It was a nice change. She could live with no conscious restraints. Madison thoughts envelope her. She snaps out of her daze when they arrive at the parking lot.

The look-a-likes glance at each other and nod. The mission was a go. The two quietly close their door. Jordan breaks the lock on the handle. Madison peeks in. She scans the room for cameras. She found two. One faced the door. Fortunately, it was at an angle where they couldn't see them peeking in. Madison grabs the gun they had prepared for this. It had a silencer attachment, so it was quiet. She shoots both cameras. Madison tiptoes in first. She passes a series of desks. Each completely cleared out. Except for one. Madison walks over to the table. Careful not to leave fingerprints, they wore gloves. She picks up the files. 'Test 12144'. That was Enzo's file. She opens it and finds all the experiments done on him. Jordan cringes at the techniques used on him. Madison looks over the file to see if his cell number was written. Sure enough, it was. Cell 1. This meant there were no other vampires in this facility before him.

The two had memorized the map. They crept down the stairs to the trial site. They pass a room, fragranced by a coppery scent. They sneak further into the basement. The cells were now present. A raspy voice calls out. "It hasn't even been nightfall, yet. You must be eager." It was Enzo. You could tell by his voice; he was in pain. Madison rushes to the first cell. "Shhh. We're going to get you out of here, but you have to be quiet." Madison tells the starved vampire. Jordan had packed Enzo five blood bags in the car and one in her satchel. Jordan snaps the lock open. "Why are you helping me?" Enzo says, slowly getting up. Jordan helps him stand, considering she is older than both of us. "We'll tell you later, but for now drink this." Jordan says, handing the English man a blood bag. He finishes it in a few seconds. "We have more in the car." Madison says, scanning the room for any other people. "Let's go." They all sneak out from where they came from. Jordan helps Enzo in the back, while Madison grabs the blood bags. Madison hands it to Enzo. "Here, you must be starving." Jordan starts driving away.

Once Enzo finishes his blood, he starts to ask questions. "How did you know I was in there?" Madison tells him the same lie she told Jordan. "I had visions of you getting tortured. They kept getting more vivid, so I put the clues together. I knew I had to help you." Enzo smiles appreciating the young girl. "Thank you, gorgeous." Madison winks at him. "When were you captured?" Jordan asks, keeping her eyes on the road. "I was captured in 1936." Enzo says. You could her the devastation in his voice, "What year is it now? I lost track a while ago." Madison smiles, with sympathy in her eyes. "It is 2009." Enzo's eyes widened. Madison's heart clenches. The sorrow clouded his eyes. Madison felt so bad. "We can teach you everything. Let's get you some clothes. Is that okay?" Jordan speaks for the sympathetic girl. Enzo just nods, looking out the window.
