Groaning (Y/N) threw herself into the bed, minutes before her alarm clock went off. Sighing she jumped from the bed and went downstairs, guickly picking up an apple she sprinted to her car.
Driving to the vet (Y/N) ringed at the reception. The receptionist was a small blonde woman, she cheerfully trotted to the reception.
"Hello. Are you here for the (D/B)?" the small woman asked. Smiling (Y/N) nodded and looked around. The woman smiled back and ran to the back.
Hearing barking (Y/N) smiled to herself. The (D/B) didn't even stutter and immediately ran to (Y/N). The blonde woman smiled.
"He/She will be okay in a few days. Just let him/her rest for a few days" said the blonde woman and walked away.
Smiling (Y/N) walked out of the vet. Smiling even more when she saw the dog follow her. "Good boy/girl" (Y/N) smiled and opened the passenger door.
The dog didn't even flinch, and before (Y/N) could help him jump into the high pick-up, the dog jumped into it with ease.
Looking at him wide eyed (Y/N) just muttered a small 'okay... Sure' and then walked to the driver side. She jumped in and petted the dog.
"We need to give you a name" (Y/N) said more to herself then the dog sitting besides her with his/her tongue hanging from his/her mouth.
"What about.... Virginia?" she guesed. But the dog just growled and straightened in the seat. Thinking (Y/N) sighed again.
"What about (D/N)?" (Y/N) asked with hope. The dog looked at her and rubbed his/her head against (Y/N)'s palm. Smiling she petted his/her head.
"You are really well trained (D/N)" (Y/N) praised the dog. He/She barked once and then straightened again in the passenger seat.
"Well let's get you to your new home (D/N)" (Y/N) smiled again and started the engine. Pulling the seat belt over her and then over (D/N), she drove onto the main road.
