"okay what's happening" vinnie asked before he can even step foot into her complex. she forwarded him to come sit down. after getting settled in, nailea took a brief look at him. he looked like he had been crying. this made nailed feel guilty for not answering his dm faster.
"okay know please explain what's happening" vinnie asked impatiently. nailea pulled out her, she had screenshotted the messages before blocking the number. vinnie took the phone from and read threw the messages, his eyes instantly going wide. "oh my god" he said quietly.
"you promise you weren't the one saying those messages" nailea said, her voice cracking a bit. "no of course not, even if i hated you i would never say something like this" vinnie said handing her back her phone. nailea just nodded before leaning into vinnie. vinnie wrapped his arms around the girl.
naileas guess what that faith had taken his phone at some point when they were hanging out. them hanging out didn't bother her, she wasn't lying when she said that she didn't care if he had girl friends. what made her upset was that he still lied in a way.
she broke out the hug "you still lied vinnie". vinnie looked down in guilt already knowing what she was talking about. "i know, and i'm sorry" he said meeting her eyes. "i was scared about how you would react" he finished look back down at the ground.
"vinnie, i don't care about anything as long as your happy and you should know by now that i don't care about shit like that" she responded. "i know and i'm really sorry nai". she stifled out a small laugh "it's okay vincent" she said falling back into his chest.
he quietly laughed at that before looking at the small girl. it's funny how this started with a small hookup that meant nothing to both. now he truly was in love, and so was she.
